How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping to the Lower 48 United States varies according to your order total:

Order Total $00.00-$39.99 = $6.99 UPS Standard Ground Shipping or USPS
Order Total $40.00+ = $9.99 UPS Standard Ground Shipping

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories will be calculated automatically during checkout. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges when necessary. You will always be contacted to authorize any additional charges.

What is Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS. Please select UPS Ground during checkout to receive our STANDARD SHIPPING charges.

Can I choose a different shipping method?
Yes, during checkout you can choose from the options listed below. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders take approximately 10-14 business days to process. Some orders will take longer (generally midway and oversize switchplates take longer).

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an order tracking email when your order has shipped.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive in 2 to 7 business days from the date the order is shipped. See the chart below to estimate your shipping time.

Shipping to Canada
For all Canadian shipments, please select UPS Standard to Canada at checkout for shipping charges to be calculated automatically. If you do not select UPS Standard to Canada your order will be delayed and shipping charges will be added after we review your order.
GST and PST may be due when the package is delivered. You will be responsible for any taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, entry preparation fees, duty charges, etc.

Shipping to other International Destinations
Choose UPS World Wide Express as your shipping method.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Customs fees, taxes, and duties may be due when the package is delivered.
