What is Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS. Note, we reserve the right to substitute USPS for UPS and vice versa as needed. If you want one specific carrier and no substitutions, please state that in the 'comments' field during check out. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders take approximately 10-14 business days to process. Some orders will
take longer (generally midway and oversize switchplates take longer, some stainless steel plates, and snap-on plates).
Can I track my order?
UPS orders can be tracked online. You will receive an order tracking email when your order has shipped. USPS orders don't automatically receive tracking numbers. You will still receive an email notifying you of the shipment of your order. If you want tracking information, please contact us and we will email it to you.
When will I receive
my order? Most orders will arrive in 2 to 7 business days from
the date the order is shipped. See the chart below to estimate your shipping
time.
Shipping to Canada
For all Canadian shipments, please select UPS Standard to Canada or Worldwide Shipping options at checkout
for shipping charges to be calculated automatically. If you do not select UPS
Standard to Canada your order will be delayed and shipping charges will be added
after we review your order. GST and PST may be due when the package is delivered.You will be responsible for any taxes, custom fees,
brokerage fees, entry preparation fees, duty charges, etc.
Shipping to other International Destinations
Choose on of the UPS Worldwide options as your shipping method.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Customs fees, taxes, and duties may be due when the package is delivered.
