Exchanges
We want you to be happy with the products you order from
us! If you received the incorrect item, the item arrived damaged, or was not
to your satisfaction, please let us know and we'll do what we can to make it
right. Send an email to support@lumenid.com
including your order number and information that will help us prepare an order
to your satisfaction. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Returns
Because our items are personalized they cannot be accepted
for return unless there is a quality issue with your order. If you'd like to
return an item for a refund** simply send an email to support@lumenid.com
and we'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day. Please include
your order number and the reason for your return. All returns must be made within
30 days of receipt.
** Expedited shipping charges
(UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc.) and International shipping charges
(UPS Worldwide Express, etc.) are not refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your
order. Send an email to support@lumenid.com
including your order number and reason for the cancellation.
Modifications
Changes to your order may be made within 12 hours of placing
your order. After 12 hours, depending on where your order is in the production
process, modifications to your order may be possible, but may be limited. Send
an email to support@lumenid.com including
your order number and a clear request of what you would like to change about
your order.
