Seattle, Washington, February 15, 2008 — Lumen ID, a Seattle Washington based architectural engraving company, has added Lutron® Claro and Leviton® Decora-Plus snap on switch plates to their engraved switch plate product line.
These switch plates feature a snap-on face plate with no exposed screws, for a clean contemporary look. “Snap on switch plates are our high-end product, and when engraved they look great. When we created Lumen ID, we wanted to create a durable and classy looking product, and the snap-on switch plates are the best looking products yet,” says Nazim Nice, founder of Lumen ID.

Since these switch plates can be more expensive to purchase than standard switch plates, Lumen ID also offers a mail-in service where customers can mail in their own switch plates if they already have them installed in their building. Because these switch plates feature a subplate that is attached with screws to the electrical devices, only the detachable faceplate portion needs to be sent in.
